Margo Fleming, a captivating and versatile musician, has been an integral part of California's live music scene since her high school days. With her exceptional skills as a singer, songwriter, and multi-instrumentalist, she has left an indelible mark on audiences worldwide. From intimate venues to grand stages, Margo's performances have captivated hundreds of thousands of people, leaving them hungry for more.

Rooted in the blues but infused with a unique blend of Jazz, Reggae, Country, and Rock, Margo's music has been described as "Americana, California Style." Throughout her career, Margo has shared the stage with some of the most talented and renowned musicians in the industry. Live performances with luminaries such as Jorge Santana, Richard Segovia, The Blue Riddim Band, Ed Kelly, Cornelius “Snooky” Flowers and the John Lee Hooker band, along with many others have enriched her musical experiences and expanded her artistic horizons.

Margo's artistic journey has transcended geographical boundaries. From captivating audiences at New York City's Bitter End to astounding crowds in the heart of New Orleans' French Quarter with her rendition of "House of the Rising Sun," her music has resonated with people from all walks of life.

Margo's passion for songwriting has led her to create over 100 original compositions. Guided by esteemed writing coaches like Jason Blume, Steve Seskin, Bonnie Hayes, Jai Josefs and Pat Pattison, she has refined her songcraft to create music that resonates with people on a profound level. Margo has served as the Founding President of the San Francisco chapter of Nashville Songwriter's Association and Co-manager of West Coast Songwriter's Association's Berkeley chapter, held at the prestigious Freight & Salvage.

Versatility is Margo's second nature. She commands an impressive array of instruments, including acoustic and electric guitar, 12-string guitar, bass, mandolin, mandola, octave mandolin, bouzouki and lap steel guitar. This musical cross-fertilzation allows her to infuse her performances with an original and engaging sound.

Behind the scenes, Margo has excelled as a sound engineer, overseeing live shows for legendary artists like Charles Brown, Sammy Davis Jr., Tangerine Dream, and Marty Balin. Her technical prowess has contributed to the seamless flow of many unforgettable performances. She produced her most recent collection of original songs, singing all the vocals and playing most of the parts, while bringing in talented side musicians.
